How do I retrieve my line? If my phone got stolen?
Kindly visit the nearest MTN shop with your valid ID card(voter’s card, international passport, national ID card) and your SIM pack, and if are unable to get hold of your SIM pack, please come along with a Sworn affidavit to prove ownership
Does this suspension affect e-SIMs?
Yes please, all new activations, new registrations and re-registrations are impacted.
Can I do a SIM SWAP?
Yes please, you can perform a SIM swap. Kindly visit the nearest MTN shop with your valid id card(voter’s card, international passport, national ID card) and Your SIM pack, and if you are unable to get hold of your SIM pack, please come along with a sworn affidavit to prove ownership and a SIM swap would be effected for you
I came to buy a new SIM card instead of retrieving my old SIM. It’s more expensive to do a SIM swap than buying a new SIM

How can I buy a SIM card for my aged/young relative?
