The Samsung Galaxy F55 5G has just been launched the company’s latest smartphone in the F series in India.
The phone packs a 6.7-inch FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, and is Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC, same as the Galaxy M55 5G which was launched in the country last month.
It has up to 8GB of RAM, has a 50MP rear camera with 1.5˚ OIS and VDIS along with a 5MP ultra-wide and a 2MP macro cameras. There is a 50MP front camera for the phone.
The phone runs Android 14 with One UI 6, and the company has promised 4 generations of Android updates and 5 years of security updates for the phone. Samsung says that this is the segment’s slimmest and lightest vegan leather smartphone of 2024.
It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging, but it doesn’t come with a charger in the box.
