UC browser is back on Google Playstore
After its mysterious disappearance from Google Play Store
about a week ago, the Alibaba’s UC Browser app has found its way back to the
store again. The unexpected removal of the app and a tweet from Mike Ross, who
claimed to be a company employee, led to reports that UC Browser was purportedly
using unhealthy and misleading practices to promote its app.
This has been rectified in the latest build uploaded to
Google Play. The company in a statement said the new version is available for
users with updated technical settings strictly in line with Google Play’s
policy.
UC browser currently has more than 500,000 installs and it
is one of the fastest browser ever when it comes to downloading stuffs online.
Whatever the offense UC browser might have committed in the past, Google
doesn’t allow apps that deceive users with false claims and insists on providing
accurate details of their functionality.
It is now back online for download from GooglePlaystore or apk mirror.
