Mediatek has introduced a new chipset to its entry-level series
of processor. This was announced at the Chinese company’s event which hosted the
India Mobile Congress 2017. The newly announced entry-level chipset is MT6739.

The chipset has four Cortex-A53 cores and operates at up to
1.5 GHz. Its supports screen resolution which is limited to 1440×720 pixels –
720p in 18:9 ratio. The modem is LTE Cat.4, and dual SIMS are supported.

The MT6739 will be coming as an update to the MT6735, and will
