GPD unveiled the Win 4 Windows handheld gaming console for the global market. After much delay, the brand has finally made the handheld console available to buy globally.
The brand claims that the GPD Win 4 is the smallest handheld console powered by an AMD 6800U APU. Let’s check out the pricing and availability details.
GPD Win 4 Handheld console specs
The GPD Win 4 features a 6-inch Full HD display with an aspect ratio of 16:9 and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.
It is powered by an AMD Ryzen 7 6800U APU with an onboard Radeon 680M. Users can also connect an eGPU to their console via its USB-C ports if they need more graphics power.
The console will be available with up to 32GB of LPDDR5 (6400 MT/s) RAM and a 2 TB PCIe NVME SSD. If physical buttons aren’t your thing, the GPD Win 4 also has GPD “optical finger navigation,” which is essentially a touchpad designed for smaller handheld devices. Once you slide the display up, the console also has a built-in keyboard underneath.
