In benchmark tests, the S23 Ultra scores 1,521 and 4,689 points in single-core and multi-core results. In comparison, the regular S23 scored 1,524 and 4,597 points respectively. Apart from the aforementioned information, the Geekbench listing does not reveal any additional details.

The S23 Ultra is reportedly confirmed to feature a 200MP main camera sensor. Meanwhile, the CAD-based renders also don’t reveal any major design changes on the next-generation Ultra model.

Paired with the SoC is 8GB of RAM and Android 13. We can expect the 8GB RAM model to come with 128GB storage, while a 12GB RAM model will likely feature 256GB storage.
