Honor has silently unveiled a new smartphone globally dubbed the Honor X7b. The latest offering is the cheapest from the brand in the international market. Surprisingly, the device still packs some notable specifications including a large battery, Snapdragon processor, triple rear cameras, and more. The Honor X7b has a flat LCD display with a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout measuring 6.8 inches. It offers an FHD resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen is TUV Rheinland-certified for reduced blue light exposure. The smartphone has a slightly boxy form factor with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner embedded in the power button.
On the optics front, the Honor X7b has two camera rings on the back panel housing a 108MP main sensor, a 5MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro unit. There is an 8MP front-facing selfie snapper.
Under the hood, the Honor X7b is equipped with a Snapdragon 680 processor. It is offered in 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB RAM and storage configurations.
The device draws its power from a large 6,000mAh battery unit with support for 35W fast charging. The smartphone ships with MagicOS 7.2 based on Android 13 out of the box.
