Infinix has launched SMART 8 Plus, the company’s latest budget smartphone in the SMART series in India, after the launch of Smart 8 earlier this year.
The Plus model has a 6.6-inch HD+ display, comes with a punch-hole that houses an 8MP camera with LED flash and has 90Hz refresh rate.
This has a Helio G36 SoC, comes with 4GB of RAM with 4GB of virtual RAM, 128GB storage. The phone has a 50 MP rear camera along with an AI lens. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
The Smart 8 comes with timber texture finish on the back, and the Magic Ring offers Face Unlock, Background Call, Charging Animation, Charge Completion Reminder, and Low Battery Reminder. It packs a 6000mAh battery and has 18W fast charging over USB Type-C.

Available in Galaxy White, Shiny Gold, and Timber Black colors, the Infinix Smart 8 is priced at Rs. 7,799 ($94). It is set to be released on Flipkart beginning March 9th at 12 noon. Taking advantage of an exchange offer can bring down the effective price to Rs. 6,999 ($84).
