Google believes that these devices can take over your other computing device, thus recent models appears to look better and comes  better build quality. Recently, Asus launched its own Chromebook. This device is known as the Chromebook Flip C302, and it was made to compete directly with Samsung’s Chromebook Pro.
The Chromebook Flip C302 is certainly not the first Flip device from Asus. But this device is much more better, with a bigger pixel-dense screen, an Intel processor and access to the Google Play Store for Android apps than others.
The dis touchscreen measures 12.5 inches with a 1,920×1,080 resolution display. There are still some characteristics of the screen that fall short of that of a Samsung Chromebook Pro, but it is good enough for just about anything one would need a Chromebook for.
The keyboard on the Chromebook Flip C302 is bigger, thanks to the larger screen. this means that the keys are easier to reach now, and they are also backlit. Overall, reports suggest that the Chromebook Flip C302 offers a better typing experience than the Samsung Chromebook Pro and the original Flip.
The one downside of the Chromebook Flips is that it works more as a laptop than as a tablet. The all-aluminum body, combined with the 12.5-inch screen, makes it quite heavy to hold in front of you. Despite the versatility of the 360-degr hinge, the Chromebook Flip C302 is a traditional laptop first and foremost.
The processor on the device is the Intel Core m3-6Y30, which is more than enough for Chrome OS workflow. This processor, along with 4GB of RAM, provides a smooth performance. The device boasts of 6GB of storage, which is more than what is obtainable from Samsung’s Chromebook Pro. But then, the battery life is quite as stunted as that of the original Flip, with an average of 7 hours and 47 minutes.
When it comes to software, the Chromebook Flip C302 performs about as well as any other Chromebook. There are lots of things you cannot do on a Chromebook, of course. For example, you cannot edit video on it. But then, there are lots of things you can do on the Chromebook Flip C302. Furthermore, you can always go to the Google Play Store if you need any particular app.
All things considered, the Asus Chromebook Flip C302 does just about everything right: battery, screen, keyboard and performance range from good to excellent. For just under $500, you get a truly great Chromebook.
