Who can migrate to the MTN TALK ON Plan?
Eligible customers on Batatalk and Yafun Yafun as determined by the CVM Team will be able to migrate into the Talk On plan.
Would customers be charged migration fee when they migrate into the TALK ON tariff plan?
First (1st) migration into the MTN TALK ON tariff plan within 30 days is FREE while subsequent migrations within the same 30 days will be charged at N102
Would MTN TALK ON customers be charged when they migrate out of the MTN TALK ON TARIFF plan?
Migration out of the MTN TALK ON tariff plan is free except Customers whose history of migration into other tariff plans is within 30 days period, then the N102 migration service fee would apply.
What services would Customers on MTN Talk On enjoy?
MTN TALK ON customer will enjoy all MTN services as guided by existing and prevailing business rules including, but not limited to the following:
- MTN Data bundles
- MTN Voice and SMS bundles
- All existing and future VAS services
- MTN Share N’ Sell
- All MTN standard products and services
- Other current and future promotions/offers otherwise stated

- USSD
- SMS
- Customer Care support

- Sending text 244 to 131
How would MTN TALK ON customers check their account balance?
Customers on the MTN TALK ON plan will dial the usual USSD balance enquiry code *556#.
