Yes, there are changes on the *710# platform.
You now have more options (added to the previously existing ones) on the *901# menu under “other services”. Also, AYA accounts now have 4 Tiers:
- Access Y’ello Accounts Wallet: For those opening their accounts using *710# or *901# without a BVN.
- Access Y’ello Account Regular Tier 1: For those using only BVN to open their accounts.
- Access Y’ello Account Regular Tier 2: For those using BVN and a verifiable means of identification to open their accounts.
- Access Y’ello Account Regular Tier 3: For those using BVN, a valid means of identification, and a utility bill to open this account.
In line with CBN policy, transaction limits for all tiers of existing savings accounts apply.

Simply visit any Access bank branch with your valid means of identification, BVN, and utility bill.

You can now be profiled for cards, loans, make bill payments, transact and resolve issues at any Access Bank branch in real time etc.

Simply dial *901*0# or *710*0#, select the “No Debit Card” option and follow the prompts.
Question: How can I get a debit card?
Dial 07003000000 to make your request and visit any Access bank branch of your choice to collect the card.
Question: What is the maximum single transaction limit?
You can only transfer a maximum of N20,000 per transaction and a daily cumulative transfer of N50,000 (without BVN) and N200,000 (with BVN).
Question: What can I do to transfer above N20,000 in a single transaction?
Simply migrate your account to a higher tier and request for a token at any Access bank branch.
