Google Assistant adds new voice commands for Halloween period
Google has added some Easter eggs to its Google Assistant relating
to the upcoming Halloween which is two weeks from tomorrow. A few new voice
commands are now available together with one that will have the virtual
assistant charm you with a “scary” story. Simply tell Google
Assistant “scare me,” and you might get a scary tale to read which
will trigger that sudden fear from somewhere you might not understand.

See the complete list of new voice commands provided by
Google, only for this period. They are:
Ok Google, what should I be for Halloween?
Ok Google, get directions to the nearest pumpkin patch.
Ok Google, how do I get rid of monsters?
Ok Google, add Halloween candy to my shopping list.
Ok Google, scare me!
Ok Google, let’s get spooky!
The moment you tell Google Assistant “Let’s get
spooky,” you will be urged to open a file that plays scary Halloween themed
sounds including creaking doors, ghostly laughing and  haunting organ music.
Nice from Google for incorporating in these Easter eggs for
Halloween. They might not scare you but your children may fall for it. However,
it is entertaining.
