realme just launched the realme 12 5G, alongside the realme 12+ 5G 5G. It packs a 6.72″ FHD+ 120Hz display, is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
The smartphone sports a flat farm design and a circular camera module. It is built around a 6.72-inch centered punch-hole display. The FHD+ (2400 x 1080 pixels) LCD screen offers up to a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a 950 nits peak brightness level.
The device is run by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus SoC paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery and supports 45W wired charging.
The handset has a dual camera setup on the rear comprising a 108MP primary sensor and a 2MP depth sensor. While on the front, it has an 8MP snapper.
The phone arrives with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14. Last but not least, its connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, WiFi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GNSS, and USB Type-C.
