iQOO recently held an event in China where it announced new products. These include smartphones, TWS earphone, and a smartwatch. The latest phones from the vivo sub-brand are the iQOO Neo9 and Neo 9Pro.
These two devices arrives as the successors to the last year’s iQOO Neo8 series. Both the newest devices pack premium specifications. They are also almost similar to each other. While we have been able to cover the standard model in a recent article, we are going to take a look at what the iQOO Neo9 Pro brings to the table below.

iQOO Neo9 Pro Unveiled with Dimensity 9300
The iQOO Neo9 Pro also comes with an OLED display bearing a 1.5K resolution and measuring 6.78 inches. It offers a 144Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support, and the screen is integrated with a fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone also comes with iQOO Q1 dedicated chip for enhanced viewing and gaming experience. Design-wise, the iQOO Neo9 has a flat frame and two camera rings on the back panel.
As for the imaging front, the iQOO Neo9 features a 50MP OIS-enabled Sony IMX920 primary camera which is found on the Vivo X100. While the ultra-wide-angle lens on the standard version is 8MP, the Pro variant comes with a 50MP. Both phones have a 16MP front-facing selfie snapper.
Under the hood, the iQOO Neo9 Pro is powered by a Dimensity 9300 chipset. This is paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and 1TB UFS 4.0 storage. The device also features a 6K VC liquid cooling 3D heat dissipation system onboard. The phone is backed by a 5,160mAh battery unit with support for 120W fast charging.
Other features on the iQOO Neo9 Pro include dual speakers, IR Blaster, X-Axis linear motor, WiFi-7, and more. Software-wise, the smartphones ship with OriginOS 4-based Android 14 out of the box.
