Samsung silently took the wrap off its latest Galaxy A-series members with the Galaxy A05 and Galaxy A05s. Both new phones feature 6.7-inch LCDs with HD+ resolution on the A05 and FHD+ resolution on the A05s. In this article, we will be talking about the standard version Galaxy A05.
The Samsung Galaxy A05 features a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution.
It is paired with the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC and offers 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Interestingly, it does have a MicroSD card slot along with a dual-SIM tray.
It is coupled with a dual-rear camera sensor carrying a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. There’s an 8MP front-facing sensor for selfies and video calling. The smartphone can record 1080p video at 60 frames per second.
It houses a 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging capability. Unfortunately, there’s no fingerprint sensor on Galaxy A05. The software side is covered by OneUI Core based on Android 13.
