Tecno Phantom V Yoga: Mid-range foldable?

The leaked images of the “Phantom V Yoga” suggests a round camera hump on the rear that doubles as a secondary display, similar to the Huawei P50 Pocket. However, its FHD+ main display is rumored to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8050. This indicates that the handset may be targeted at the mid-tier market rather than the premium segment.

In order to eliminate any confusion, MediaTek has simplified the naming convention for its Dimensity System on a Chip (SoC). The Dimensity 8050 is actually a renamed version of the Dimensity 1300 chipset, which comprises four high-performing Cortex-A78 cores – one Super Core that can reach a speed of up to 3GHz, and three Performance Cores that can reach a speed of up to 2.6Ghz. Additionally, there are four power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores included.
