Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Book3 series, including the Galaxy Book3 Ultra, Book3 Pro 360, and Book3 Pro, as its newest top-of-the-line PC lineup at its Galaxy Unpacked event, where the firm also introduced the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

Galaxy Book3 series Unveiled
Samsung’s new premium PC, the Galaxy Book3 Ultra, offers high-performance computing. The Galaxy Book3 Pro 360 has a 2-in-1 design and S Pen compatibility, while the Galaxy Book3 Pro is the thinnest clamshell in its category. The series aims to enhance productivity and creativity through multi-device connectivity and top-notch hardware.
The Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Pro series has a premium look and feel with a full aluminum frame, while also being designed with the environment in mind. They are made with recycled plastics sourced from ocean-bound fishing nets and do not include any in-the-box plastics.
The Galaxy Book3 features the latest 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processor and NVIDIA RTX GeForce 4070 GPU, making the Galaxy Book3 Ultra the fastest yet. The Dynamic AMOLED 2X display, first used in Samsung’s premium smartphones, is now available in the Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Pro series.
The 3K (2880×1800) resolution display with a 120Hz refresh rate provides a smooth viewing experience and is VESA ClearMR and DisplayHDR TRUE BLACK 500 certified and SGS Eye Care Display certified for reducing blue light. Users can choose between a 14-inch or 16-inch display with 16:10 aspect ratio on the Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Pro series to meet their viewing needs.
The Galaxy Book3 Ultra and Pro series have improved audio with a new quad speaker system for clear, high-quality sound. Studio-quality dual microphones with AI noise-cancelling ensure clear voice capture, while the Studio Mode feature enhances video calls with lighting correction, auto framing, eye contact correction, and smooth backgrounds.
The Galaxy Book3 series provides an intuitive and familiar connected experience with Link to Windows/Microsoft Phone Link for seamless phone-to-PC connectivity and new productivity features such as Recent Websites and Instant Hotspot. Recent Websites lets you switch between phone and PC for continued web sessions, while Instant Hotspot enables easy connection to wireless hotspots.
The Galaxy Book3 series allows for seamless movement between multiple screens across different devices. Samsung Multi Control enables control of PC, Galaxy Tab, and Galaxy smartphone using the Book3 series’ keyboard and trackpad. Second Screen transforms your Galaxy Tab into a second monitor. The creative process is made easier by transferring high-quality photos from your Galaxy smartphone to the Book3 series for editing in Adobe Lightroom.
Onboarding to the Book3 series is easy with Single Sign On and the ability to sign in to websites using Samsung Pass, plus Galaxy Book Smart Switch simplifies data transfer from an old Windows PC. The Galaxy Book Experience provides a helpful guide for new users.
