The key specifications and design of the Motorola Moto Edge 30 Ultra smartphone have been revealed courtesy of an official video. The handset has been confirmed to launch on September 8. Notably, the Edge 30 Ultra is the most premium offering from Motorola to date.
The Moto Edge 30 Ultra has been reportedly to be a rebadged version of the Moto X30 Pro. To recap, the Moto X30 Pro went official alongside Razr 2022 last month. However, the company is keeping details about the Moto Edge 30 Ultra under wraps. Still, tipster Evan Blass has shared an official promotional video of the purported smartphone.
As expected, the leaked video sheds some light on the Moto Edge 30 Ultra smartphone’s specifications. Also, it gives us a glimpse into the Moto Edge 30 Ultra design.
First, the leaked video confirms the presence of a 200MP main sensor. Moreover, it corroborates past leaks that claim the Moto Edge 30 Ultra is a rebadged Edge 30 Ultra. According to the leaked video, the upcoming premium smartphone will feature a triple rear camera setup.

Moto Edge 30 Ultra Specifications
Furthermore, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra will adopt a two-step camera module design. There’s a 200MP Samsung HP1 sensor on the back. Moreover, a report by MySmartPrice suggests that it will get a 50MP ultrawide and a 12MP telephoto camera as well. The teaser video shows that the handset will pack a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC, under the hood. For those unaware, this is the fastest processor from Qualcomm to date
The Moto Edge 30 Ultra passed through the Geekbench benchmarking website in July. According to the Geekbench listing, the phone will ship with 12GB of RAM. Also, the video suggests that the device will get 12 hours of battery life with just a 7-minute charge.
Furthermore, the Moto Edge 30 Ultra could use the same 4610mAh battery that powers up the X30 Pro. So, it will probably offer 125W fast charging support as well.
Other notable features include Dolby Atmos support and a USB Type-C port. Moreover, the Edge 30 Ultra is said to sport a pOLED display. The 6.7-inch curved screen will feature a hole-punch cutout and thin bezels at the top and bottom. Also, the display will reportedly support a 144Hz refresh rate and a Full HD+ resolution. It will get an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Upfront, the phone will have a 60MP shooter for selfies and video calling. The Moto Edge 30 Ultra smartphone’s price in India could be around INR 70,000. However, Motorola hasn’t confirmed or denied these speculations yet.
