A: Yes, You can.
Q: Do I need to do a SIM upgrade to 5G to use the 5G network mode?

A: Yes you can activate Broadband Router plans via USSD Platform. Dial USSD code *461*1# and follow the menu to select the bundle of your choice. Your primary number will be charged for I-he bundle and your Broadband Router device gets the data benefits.

A: You will receive a notification on both your Broadband router and alternate numbers.

A: Customer can use existing data bundle but still enjoy 5G experience, there no special bundle plans for 5G. However, from 100GB bundle is recommended for a better experience.
Q: Will customer be billed differently?
A: No. customer will enjoy better experience. However, if customers do more data activity, they will need more data.
