Redmi K50i beats Snapdragon 888 and A15 SoC in AnTuTu benchmark score
Redmi K50i has appeared on the AnTuTu benchmark site, scoring 8,22,274 points. Tipster Mukul Sharma has compared the score with Snapdragon 888 processor and Apple’s A15 Bionic. The Redmi K50i is expected to be powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8100 SoC. The Snapdragon 888 and A15 Bionic score 8,04,131 and 7,82,653 points respectively.

This is suggesting that the upcoming Redmi K50i could be more powerful than the iPhone 13 and Snapdragon 888-powered phones.

The Redmi K50i is set to launch in India on July 20th. It is said to be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 11T Pro. The smartphone’s specifications, pricing, and availability have already been leaked. The Amazon microsite of the upcoming offering reveals that it will feature a rectangular camera module and a centre-aligned punch-hole cutout.
The Redmi K50i is expected to feature a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It will have a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
The smartphone is tipped to feature a triple rear camera setup of a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro unit. Under the hood, the upcoming offering will reportedly be equipped with a Dimensity 8100 SoC.
It is tipped to come in 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB RAM and storage configurations. Lastly, the smartphone is said to be offered in Phantom Blue, Stealth Black, and Quick Silver colours.
