According to the official notes, the chipset with quantum random number generators (QRNG) will offer users advanced security features for digital activities. This will include smartphone apps ranging from mobile banking to payments, social networking platforms, and even mobile games. Apart from these, it will even help secure the users’ external data storage as well. The latest iteration of the Galaxy Quantum series will also come with a “quantum indicator,” which shows users whether the quantum cryptography is running.

Notably, the smartphone is basically a rebranded Galaxy M53 5G but with quantum cryptography tech. So, it still sports a 6.7 inch AMOLED FHD+ display with 120Hz refresh rate.

Under the hood, a Dimensity 900 SoC powers the device, along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage that can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.

On the front, it has a 32 megapixel selfie shooter, while the rear features a 108 megapixel quad camera setup. The device is powered by a large 5,000mAh battery pack that supports 25 fast charging and runs on Android 12 OS out of the box.
