MTN XtraSpecial Prepaid and postpaid tariff are special plans that allows customers enjoy a flat rate of N8 per minute for calls to ALL networks in Nigeria and to eleven (11) selected international countries from the very first minute. And customers get free 10MB data bonus on their first recharge or call of the month from their main account/XtraTime account.
