Xiaomi 11i launched with 67W fast charging: Specs & Price

Despite the fact that the Xiaomi 12 line has already been launched, the Chinese company has not completed the release of new products within the Xiaomi Mi 11 series. Today in India, it staged the premiere of the Xiaomi 11i and Xiaomi 11i HyperCharge smartphones.

These phones are not actually new as they are rebadged Redmi Note 11 Pro+ and Redmi Note 11 Pro, launched by Xiaomi in China back in October 2021.

Xiaomi 11i launched

Xiaomi 11i is features a 6.67-inch AMOLED screen with FullHD + resolution. The refresh rate was 120 Hz and the response rate was 360 Hz. The peak brightness was increased to 1200 nits, they offered support for HDR10 +, DCI-P3 and a fifth-generation tempered Gorilla Glass was installed on top of the display.

under the hood, there’s a 6-nanometer Dimensity 920 processor, they offered up to 8 GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 128 GB of UFS 2.2 memory. The Xiaomi 11i runs the MIUI 12.5 proprietary interface based on Android 11.

The smartphone has a 5160 mAh battery, 67 W fast charging, a 16 MP selfie module and a 108 MP triple rear camera (Samsung HM2) + 8 MP (ultra-wide, viewing angle 120 degrees) + 2 MP (macro sensor).

The list of characteristics of the Xiaomi 11i includes a USB Type-C port, speakers with Dolby Atmos, a side fingerprint scanner, liquid cooling, support for 5G, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, Wi-Fi 6 and GPS, as well as the function of virtual expansion of RAM up to 3 GB and splash protection IP53.

Xiaomi 11i Price and Availability

Xiaomi 11i is available in two versions with 6/128 GB and 8/128 GB of memory for US$ 336 and US$ 363 respectively. Sales will begin on January 12. Xiaomi will offer both phones in four colors – Pacific Pearl, Stealth Black, Camo Green, and Purple Mist, and they can all be purchased at the Mi stores, Flipkart.com and “authorized retail partners”.

Since these handset are just rebranded model of Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro +; launched in China in October last year, interested users can trade them off to get the new Xiaomi 11i series. So, for Redmi Note 11 Pro, the company will ask for about $ 250, and Redmi Note 11 Pro+ – $ 297.
