On Tuesday, TCL officially launched its first laptop in the market called TCL Book 14 Go. The all-new laptop comes with basics to the table by offering a Snapdragon 7c chipset and Windows 11 support.
TCL Book 14 Go Specifications
The TCL Book 14 Go features a 14.1-inch display with a resolution of 1366 x 268 pixels resolution. It has a modest design that looks similar to some budget-centric laptops from other Chinese giants. The screen has a standard 60Hz refresh rate.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7c chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It has a stereo speaker setup and a 720p webcam for video calls and meetings. For the unaware, the Snapdragon 7c is an 8nm octa-core SoC. The laptop has a chicklet style keyboard without a number pad.
It boots Windows 11 out of the box and has a 40WHr battery. TCL claims it to last for up to 12 hours on a single charge. The device supports 25W fast charging with the bundled fast charger in the box. It has 4G, a SIM card tray, and Bluetooth v5.1. It also has Wi-Fi 5 with 2×2 MIMO support and features a 3.5mm audio jack.
TCL Book 14 Go Price and Availability
The TCL Book 14 Go is priced at $349 for the only variant with 4GB of RAM and128GB of storage. It is touted to be available for purchase in Q2, 2022. At the moment, there are no details on its sale dates in different regions.
