Globacom Nigeria launched the Glo 22x offer earlier this year but it was only available to those who haven’t used their line for a period of 30days. Now, the offer has been made available to all prepaid subscribers as a tariff plan.

Glo explained that the need to allow customers to satisfy their browsing and talking needs from the same recharge underscored the creation of the 22X offer, adding that customers would be rewarded with amazing data and voice benefits every time they recharge their Glo lines.

How Does Glo 22x Offer Plan Works

Customers who recharge with N100 will be credited with N2,200 value.

They will first get the N100 recharge amount in their main account, which they can use on any Glo product as they desire. They will receive a bonus value of N2,100 for data and voice calls to all networks in Nigeria.

Those who recharge with N1,000 will receive N22,000 worth of value comprising N1,000 credit in their main account, which they can use on any Glo product as they wish, and a bonus value of N21,000 for voice calls to all networks in the country and for data.

To subscribe, you can dial *777#, select Tariff plan, Tariff information, and 22X plan.

Confirmation messages will be sent to your phone after every recharge. In the unlikely event that a confirmation message is not received, kindly dial #122# to view your 22X bonus.

Who is Eligible for Glo 22X Plan?

Ans: All existing prepaid customers, who have not used their line for consecutive 30days will get 22X benefit once they recharge their lines. Customer doesn’t need to dial any USSD code to migrate.

How much do I pay for making calls on Glo 22X?

Ans: Calls to other networks are charged at 75k/sec for both main and bonus accounts Glo to Glo calls are charged at 60k/sec for both main and bonus accounts.

SMS is charged at N4/msg from main account and N14/msg from bonus account.

What happens if there is airtime in my Main account?

Ans: Your calls will be charged first from your bonus account. You will only be charged from main account if the bonus account is fully depleted/expires, if you are making international calls or paying for value added services.

What happens if I have an existing data plan before recharging?

Ans: The 22X bonus data will be given separately in a different bucket and will consume first.

What is the bonus validity on 22X?

Ans: Bonus received on each recharge is valid for 7 days from recharge date.

Will I get 22X benefits if I recharge with Glo e-Top Up?

Ans: Yes, 22X is available on both physical and e-recharge platforms.

How do I know if I have received the 22X Bonus?
