In a bid to cut some cost as well go more digital, MTN Nigeria has effective May 1st, 2021, stop its Connect Partners from placing orders for N100 Logical pins (N100 recharge cards/vouchers).

The mobile operator thus admonished its customers to adopt other airtime channels such as Topit/MoMo for this denomination or purchase higher denomination of vouchers.

Below are some questions regarding the new change:

Q: Is it true that MTN will no longer sell N100 recharge card?

A: Yes Sir/ Ma, from May 1st, N100 voucher were no longer available for sales. However, you can still purchase that amount via other channels such as Topit/MoMo/MTN On demand (*904#)/*502#/*456#/MyMTN App etc. There is a 10% bonus on recharge via these channels

Q: Is it true that all N100 in our possession will no longer be valid?

A: No Sir/Ma, the already sold N100 recharge cards before May 1st are still valid. We are just transforming the N100 into our digital platforms. Going forward, I will advise that you only purchase that amount from our digital channels or via Topit/MoMo

Q: How will I be able to purchase N100 recharge card?

A: You can purchase N100 airtime via Topit/MoMo or our digital channels such as MyMTN App etc. In addition, you will receive 10% bonus of the amount you have purchased once you recharge from our digital channels.
