May be you have been using a VPN that is limited to a device or even serves you free internet connection such as VPNs like Napster, V2ray, Ha tunnel, etc and you want to share the connection with your PC but you have no knowledge of that. There are several options available that you can use to tether your internet among/between your devices. However, in this tutorial, you are going to learn how to tether your VPN connections without root access.
How To Tether Your VPN Connections to PC, Other Devices Without Root

UltraSurf is a lightweight freeware program designed as an anti-censorship tool. It allows to circumvent firewalls using proxies and employs encryption protocols for privacy.
UltraSurf automatically finds proxy servers from a range of servers globally and builds a connection through an encrypted tunnel.
a. Open Http injector >> Go to tools >>Â tethering tools >> Hotshare (as seen in the screenshot below).
b. Click on Start Wi-fi hotspot and it will prompt you to turn on your mobile hotspot.
c.Â Click on Start Hotshare
Note:Â note the proxy and IP addresses
Open your Ultrasurf on PC >> Go to options >> Proxy settings>> Manual Proxy settings
Enter the IP address given by hotshare to your Ultrasurf as seen below.
Once you are through with the above steps, click on OK, and wait for it to connect to the server. That is it.
