HarmonyOS 2.0 was announced alongside the new MatePad tablets earlier this week. It is Huawei’s own simplified OS that offers a seamless connected experience on different kinds of devices such as smartphones, tablets, smartwatches, fitness, cars, and other IoT and smart home products.
At present, the HarmonyOS is only available for Huawei devices and the above-mentioned Honor devices in China. Forthcoming Huawei phones in China will come preloaded with the new OS.
