Earlier this month, Meizu launched the Meizu 18 and Meizu 18 Pro smartphones in China. In the third week of the same month, Meizu disclosed that the Meizu 18 series will soon be available through AliExpress for global markets. And to make real of its promise, the Meizu 18 and 18 Pro smartphones are now available for purchase through the retailer site.
The Meizu 18’s AliExpress listing states that its 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage editions are priced at $819, $869, and $899, respectively.
The Meizu 18 features a 6.2-inch S-AMOLED QHD+ display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 888 mobile platform powers the device with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The handset has a 4,000mAh battery that supports 36W Super mCharge technology.
The Meizu 18 has a 20-megapixel front-facing camera. Its rear camera setup has a 64-megapixel primary lens, a 16-megapixel ultrawide shooter, and an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
Meizu 18 Pro
The Meizu 18 Pro models such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage, and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage are pried at $939, $1,019, and $1,099, respectively on AliExpress.
The Meizu 18 Pro features a 6.7-inch S-AMOLED QHD+ screen that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. It is fueled by the Snapdragon 888 SoC, LPDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage, and a larger 4,500mAh battery. The 18 Pro supports 40W Super mCharge, 40W Super wireless mCharge, and 10W reverse charging.
There is a 44-megapixel camera on the front side of the Meizu 18 Pro. Its rear camera setup has a 50-megapixel Samsung GN1 lens, a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 superwide lens, an 8-megapixel telephoto snapper with 3x optical zoom, and a 3D ToF sensor.
