Taiwanese manufacturer Asus, alongside the vanilla version, announced the Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition gaming smartphone with Snapdragon 865. This edition is just a stripped down version with few differences.
The Asus ROG Phone 3 Strix Edition is built around 6.59 inch display with resolution of 2340 × 1080 pixel. The display comes with a refresh rate of 144Hz that enables a smooth screen display, a touch sampling rate of 270Hz
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 865 SM8250 paired with 8GB RAM and storage capacity of 256GB.
The Strix Edition has the same camera set up as the vanilla version. There’s a triple camera array which comprises of a 64MP (f/1.8) Sony IMX686 sensor, a 13MP (f/2.5) ultra-wide camera with a 125-degree FOV and a 5MP macro camera. It supports up to 8K video, 4K slow-mo video recording, and a Pro mode. Let’s not also forget the 24MP selfie camera baked in the top notch.
Other specifications remain the same as the Asus ROG Phone 3.
