It was just a couple of months ago, to be precised, in September, vivo launched the U10 in India with a Snapdragon 665 SoC, triple camera and 5,000 mAh battery, and now the company has already followed it up with the vivo U20 which is a rebranded U3 announced in China last month.
The vivo U20 is powered by the Snapdragon 675 SoC that’s paired with up to 6GB RAM and comes with 64GB of onboard storage. However, the phone also has a microSD card slot, allowing storage expansion by up to 256GB.
It carries a 6.53-inch FHD+ display that has a notch up top for the 16MP selfie camera. Around the back, you get a fingerprint reader and a triple camera setup which is a combination of 16MP main, 8MP super-wide (120 degrees FOV) and 2MP macro units.
On the software side, the vivo U20 runs Android Pie-based Funtouch OS 9.2 out of the box and comes with Widevine L1 certification, meaning you can stream Amazon Prime Video and Netflix videos in HD.
The U20 comes in Racing Black and Blaze Blue colors and packs a 5,000 mAh battery having 18W Dual-Engine Fast Charging support.
