The below is a guide for you on how to start your shopping, it is quite easy and much more faster, only if you follow it meticulously.

First off, create an account, get to know your products, add to cart, complete the payment and then wait for your products to reach your doorstep.

If you already have an account with Quickteller, you don’t have to worry anymore, just login and continue. But if you don’t have, then you much create one immediately. Creating account is just simple.

NOTE: All the below procedures must be completed on Google Chrome App, if not so, you can’t order anything. Nothing will work without the use of the extension or app.

1. Firstly, Download the Google Chrome browser.

2. Install the Quickteller Global Mall App, or extension by clicking on this LINK.

3. From Chrome browser and click on the LINK above, then click on “Add to Chrome”.

4. Now a message will pop-up, click on “Add to Extension”.

5. You will be redirected to Global mall Quickteller dashboard, then click on either “Login” or “Sign-up” to create account. Create an account, by entering all your details.

6. Upon successfully creating your account, installation of the Chrome extension, and logging in. Your dashboard should look like this image below:

7. Now go to Globalmall.quickteller.com

8. Scroll down, and click on any of the international shopping mall (for me, I use Amazon).

9. On clicking on Amazon link to shop, you’ll see the “Shoppers Rule”

10. Then click on “I agree to these rules”

11. You will be redirected to Amazon and you will see the image pop-up:

“To pay in your local currency and activate delivery to your address;
Add items to store cart
Proceed to Checkout page
Checkout here with Quickteller
Remember not to click on in-store shipping options”

12. Now click on the close at the bottom of the pop-up notification.

13. Search for the products, by searching for it. Or you can enter the link in the tap to continue with the shopping spree.

14. After you must found the product, click on “Add to Cart”

15. The page will reload to cart, click on “Checkout / Pay Now” at the top of the screen

16. You will be directed to the Global mall Quickteller to complete your transaction

17. Now scroll down a bit and choose any of the “AMAZON.COM SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS”

  • Process my order even if Amazon seller will take over 15 business days to ship.
  • Only process items in my order that will take 15 business days. Refund the rest.
  • I picked the second option.

18. If you entered more than one address during the account creation, then you can “SELECT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS

19. If you were given any promo or coupon code, then you enter the code at the blank space and click on “Apply”

20. Payment method: Choose the card to debit, and enter your details:

a. Your pin is your ATM pin
b. Enter the expiry date of your card
c. Your CVV2/Card Code is a three digit pin that is located at the back your ATM / MasterCard

21. Cross check everything and click on “Pay Now”

22. Your payment will be processed, and if completed you will receive both email and SMS.

How to track your Order

When your order has been confirmed, your account dashboard will change automatically to this platform:

To track your order, follow the below procedures:

  1. Go to your dashboard
  2. At the top right hand, click on “My account”
  3. Under the Order history, click on the “Courier bus service” logo
  4. All your order will be listed there.
  5. Under each products, you can find if it has been processed, and shipped from US, or UK. Then you can also checkout the Tracking ID, which is under each products, just click on it and everything will be shown to you.

Quickteller’s exchange rate is higher than bank and black market(Nigeria). They charged N366 per $1.

Shipping Sites and Prohibited Goods

They boasts of using one app to shop from 100+ site from US and UK. And well, that is a pretty good number of website to choose from.

Question: How do I know when my items have arrived?
Answer: Our platform alerts you every step of the way. You will get an email/SMS notification when items have been shipped out of our US/UK warehouse and when items have arrived and ready for delivery to your address.

Question: How long will it take for me to get my items?
Answer: We generally ship items within 24 hours of receiving them in our warehouse. It takes 3-5 business days from the day we ship the item for it to get to you. Depending on how long it takes for an item to get to our warehouse, in total it could take 5-14 business days for you to get the item.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: Returns are free, If :
1. Item received was not what was ordered.
2. Item was received damaged
If however you get an item you ordered and you have changed your mind, you can return them provided you are still within the sellers return time frame and pay for shipping to the US/UK returns facility. To return an item please contact via [email protected]

Question: How do I monitor my order once I have made a purchase?

Answer: The app is free to download and free to use. Shipping cost varies based on the size, weight, and quantity of the products you are purchasing. We recommend adding everything to your Quickteller basket and reviewing the price prior to payment. This way you know exactly how much you will be paying for shipping, taxes, and duties.

Question: What payment methods are accepted?
Answer: We accept all Major Card Brands (VERVE, Visa, MasterCard). Through the secure Interswitch payment gateway.

Question: Once I place my order can I cancel or make changes?
Answer: Once an order has been made no changes or cancellations are allowed as we do our best to get items out to you as fast as possible. This means we are unable to stop, modify or cancel purchased items.

Question: Are there weight and size restrictions?
Answer: Yes, there are. Each item must NOT weigh more than 2KG and must fit in a box no larger than 30x30x30CM.
You can, however, buy for example 3 items each weighing 20KG and 30x30x30CM. That is ok. You just can’t purchase items larger.

Question: Is it safe to shop on this site?
