Vivo Y91 Specs and Price: Comes With Dew-drop Notch Display

Chinese Smartphone maker, vivo announces their first phone in 2019, and it was launched in India – vivo Y91. The phone comes with dual camera setup, dew-drop notch and MediaTek Helio P22.

It is a budgeted Android Smartphone, and comes with profitable specs and features. Sporting an amazing screen display, and unique gradient colors combination.

Design & Display

The Vivo Y91 is an Android powered Smartphone that arrives with smaller notch display called dewdrop display. It comes with a 6.22-inch Halo FullView display with an HD+ resolution (720×1520

And it boasts of 88.6% screen to body ratio, delivering smaller bezels at the top and a chin at the bottom. Which is incredible for a standard affordable handset.

The Y91 adopts a stylish back-cover gloss painting process. Packing a dual biometric sensors, which includes Face ID Unlock and Fingerprint sensor.

It comes in two gradient colors options, there is the Ocean Blue and Starry Black color options. It packs a tremendous and stunning design.

Camera

For the optics of the phone, the Vivo Y91 packs a dual rear camera setup which consists of a 13-megapixel (f/2.2 aperture) primary sensor and 2-megapixel (f/2.4) secondary sensor for capturing depth information.

However, the dual rear camera is completely powered by a AI, which comes with smart beautification, which detects attributes such as gender, skin tone, and external lighting.

While for the front facing camera, it arrives with 8-megapixel (f/1.8) camera. Which supports portrait mode, slow-motion capture and face unlock.

Connectivity

For the network and connectivity, the phone arrives with a dual-SIM (Nano+Nano), 4G connectivity, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GLONASS, GPS, and Wi-Fi 2.4G, while a USB 2.0 port is there for charging and file transfer.

Performance

The Vivo Y91 is powered by a Octa-core MediaTek Helio P22 SoC processor, which optimizes the battery efficiency and delivers faster and smarter performance.

While for the graphic performance, the phone arrives with a PowerVR GE8320 GPU, which allows you to play intensive games and enjoy quality game play time.

The mobile handset arrives in just two variant, 2GB and 3GB of RAM for seamless multitasking and switching of apps on Android.

For the storage option, the phone comes with a 32GB and 64GB of inbuilt storage which can further be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card.

Battery

The Vivo Y91 is fueled by a 4030mAh battery capacity, that is supported by an exclusive smart power management system. This will extend the battery life.

The newly launched handset is priced at Rs. 10,990 in India, and they are also offering a free Bluetooth earphone, exchange offer (only for old Vivo smartphones), no-cost EMI, and 15-day replacement with the purchase of the new smartphone.
