Nokia 9 PureView is “ready”; 5G Version With a Snapdragon 855 Chipset to follow

A report has claimed that HMD Global has the much anticipated Nokia 9 PureView ready to rolled out into the market. However, there is even better news – the 5G model is already in development.

According to the report, the Nokia 9 will be on sale before March 2019. It will be powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset, which will leave it a little behind 2019 flagships in terms of performance.

The flip side is that a 5G version is already being developed. We do not know what it will be called, but it will be powered by the more up-to-date Snapdragon 855 chipset, making it a true 2019 flagship.

It is also said that the 5G version will have a bigger lens size. We guess it is a good opportunity to see a 48MP lens too, if that isn’t already in the regular Nokia 9.

The 5G variant is expected to be released around August.

The Nokia 9 PureView is expected to be sold for about $900.
