YouTube keeps rolling out a lot of features these days but some of them are available to just few selected users in a bid to test them before official release to everybody. The latest update come with a support for swiping to skip to the next or go back to the previous clip. However, as expected it’s only available to few number of users.

The gestures are pretty native and substitutes the forward and back buttons that appear on the video when you tap on it. It’s a bit faster and more convenient this way. The transition animations shown in the video below is a reminiscent of Android P’s recent apps switcher.
