  1. Simply put a call through MTN customer care center by dialing 180 or 181.
  2. Press 9 while on the ‘Quick menu’ to go to the ‘Main menu’.
  3. Press 6 ‘For Support’ while on the ‘Main menu’.
  4. Press 3 for ‘To Report Suspected Fraudulent Activity’ on line.
  5. Listen to the information on how to report fraudulent activities and presses 0. If you wish to ‘Speak with a Customer Care Representative’.
