Google has officially announced that Android Auto Wireless is now available. It’s a functionality that allows user’s phone to connect to your Android Auto head unit using Wi-Fi.

The feature is currently only available in North America, and the list of supported smartphones currently includes Pixels (both first and second gen), Nexus 5X, and Nexus 6P.
