Android 8.0 Oreo was announced back in August 2017 and since then, a lot of smartphone makers have been throwing out their list of devices that will receive the Oreo Update. Phone manufacturers like OnePlus and Nokia are already rolling out the update. Even, Infinix Mobility have also confirmed that its Infinix Note 4 has also received an update to Oreo

Though Samsung is yet to confirm which of its devices will be getting the Oreo update, recently a couple of XML resources with details of the hardware of some Samsung smartphones just appeared online.

The XML file shared some information on the subject of which Galaxy devices will receive the Android Oreo Update. The XML files are named after the codenames of Samsung Galaxy Devices and are expected to be tested for Android Oreo Update.

Well, it’s noteworthy that these XML files cannot be 100 percent reliable as the official list from the manufacturer itself. So, I admonish you take this with a pinch of Salt.
