Last year, WhatsApp introduced a business-focused version of its popular messaging app, and called it “WhatsApp Businessâ€. It came with some unique features, such as landline phone number support, messaging statistics, and other slight changes compared to the regular one. And now, the Facebook owned company has started rolling out update for the app.
The update comes with a couple of new features which includes quick replies and labels.
Users can use quick replies to create keyboard shortcuts for frequently sent messages while Labels is use to organize and quickly find your customers and messages. Furthermore, you can now also greet your customers with a greeting message.
So if you have been granted access to the app, kindly go the Play Store and grab the new version.
