The Head of Product for Real Time Communications at Google, Amit Fulay, has left the search giant. Fulay announced this on his social media handle, revealing he has moved to Facebook.
The last 7.5 years have been nothing short of amazing at Google. It was a privilege to help build Allo, Duo & Hangouts. Thanks to my amazing teammates who made the journey something I will cherish forever.

Fulay lead a number of Google’s product teams, including Allo, Duo, and WebRTC. He has been very active Twitter user, especially when it came to announcing new features and accepting feedback related to Allo/Duo apps.
No current information on what exact role he will be playing at Facebook and his replacement at Google, but we expect to hear more on those fronts in near future.
