Samsung confirms MWC unveiling for Galaxy S9 series

Reports have already been flying around about the next Samsung Galaxy S series phones that will be unveiled in February at MWC 2018, and now, Samsung itself has officially confirmed that the Galaxy S9 will hit the media next month.

The Korean company’s mobile business president, DJ Koh confirmed that information at the ongoing CES. He went further by announcing the release date for the Galaxy S9 series of devices, saying it will be announced at the trade show in February.

The about to predecessor, the Galaxy S8/S8+ were unveiled at a special event in March, with sales beginning in April. This time around, the release date should be sometime in March.
