Kaduna and Kwara to get digital TV this week  NBC
The National Broadcasting Commission will on Wednesday December 20, and Friday December 22, switch Kaduna and Kwara states from analogue to digital terrestrial television transmission.

According to a statement by Hajia Maimuna Jimada, the head of NBCs public affairs, the event is scheduled to hold at the premises of the Nigerian Television Authority (NTA) Channel 9, Ilorin, Kwara State, while that of Kaduna would take place at the premises of the Pinnacle Broadcast Ltd.
The switch-on of the two locations is in compliance with the commissions phased Digital Switch On timetable.
Meanwhile, the Director General of the commission, Ishaq Modibbo Kawu said yesterday that Nigerians should be rest assured that the switch-on will offer a mixture of local, regional and national television channels on the FreeTV bouquet.
