In order to make its subscribers’ life a whole lot brighter while roaming, MTN has launched a revised Roaming Bundle called HelloWorld Roaming Bundles, effective August 3, 2017.
MTN HelloWorld Roaming bundle is a product that offers MTN Customers generous minutes for outgoing and incoming calls, outgoing SMS and Data at a discounted price while roaming in selected destinations and partner networks.
All MTN Prepaid and Postpaid customers can subscribe to MTN HelloWorld Roaming Bundle.
There are three (3) types of Roaming Bundles available;
- Combo Bundle: This is made up of outgoing/incoming minutes, Data and outgoing SMS depending
on bundle size. - Data Only Bundle: This gives you only data volume.
- UAE Bundle: This gives you Outgoing/Incoming minutes and Outgoing SMS.

How To Subscribe to MTN HelloWorld Roaming Bundle
You can subscribe to MTN HelloWorld Roaming Bundle by dialing *131*5# and then selecting bundle type of your choice.
When you select a bundle of your choice, the system will then check to ensure that you have enough airtime to complete the bundle purchase.
If you have enough airtime, the system will then:
- Deduct the applicable bundle fee from your main account
- Credit your dedicated account with the elements of the bundle e.g. Voice minutes/SMS/data (depending on bundle type)
- Send a successful purchase notification message
Customers will be able to subscribe to MTN HelloWorld Roaming Bundle anywhere in the world by dialling *131*5# and then selecting bundle type of their choice.
How Check Bundle Balance
To check your bundle balance, simply dial any of the codes below depending on your bundle type.
According to MTN, Subscribers will still be able to enjoy the current HelloWorld Discounted Tariff and SuperRoamer Free Incoming Call offers.
This would be very interesting for customers travelling for Hajj or summer holiday to activate this great product.
Note: The regular roaming bundles has been discontinued after launch of HelloWorld Roaming Bundle.
