Former Perm. Sec. forfeits 47 cars to the Federal Government.

– A former Permanent Secretary has forfeited 47 cars to the Federal Government of Nigeria.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, on Wednesday, March 1, 2017, revealed that Godknows Igali who is a former Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Power, has forfeited his 47 SUV cars to Federal government.

The agency made the disclosure in a report it presented to the Senate Committee on Financial Crimes and Anti-corruption on Wednesday.

EFCC reported that the vehicles were seized at his Utako residence, Abuja. The said Perm. Sec. is currently under investigation for alleged corrupt practices while in office.
